detroiter1967 asked: We’re at the crossroads of how to go about selling our timeshare. WE thought at the time it was a good investment but, with life changes that followed we were unable to put it to use. So, with that in mind, we’ve done the following things- Word of mouth, local paper, advertising co.(waste of $$, we did it twice), met with co. that claims to buy timeshares ( no $$ loss on that venture). WE may have to get in touch with the Resort and go through that way but, come on who wants to pay out 20+% depending on the agent you go through! So, is Craig’s List the correct place to list this or Can you guys help us out and give us some suggestions on some REPUTABLE SITES to go through. I think I may check with our friend/Real Estate friend. Here’s what I can tell you- Are particular unit is @ Sunrise Ridge Resort Pigeon Forge, TN just outside Gatlinburg/Smokey Mts. in Tennessee! though they have a total of 5 places to rent. CA, TX, FL. any other details contact me- detroiter1967@yahoo.com thanks!
The market sucks right now it’s defintely a buyers market! we may wait for the market to do better then try again later. WE’ve tried quite a few things like local paper, advertising co’s, word of mouth and no luck! The Resort Rents it out but, we’re not seeing any of that $$ and we are middle class and most of our friends/ family are on tight budgets due to the economy and other issues so, we can’t rent it out ourselves. Thanks for the help so far guys!

There's no greater feeling than getting the perfect item with the most features at the lowest price.

*Holly* Mama to Jaden & Rylee asked: Ok, so my hubby has never been alone with both kids before. Jaden is 6 and Rylee is 2 months old. I had to go to work today and usually I wouldn’t think twice leaving them, but Jaden had a really bad stomach ache this morning. Not to mention Rylee had her 2 month shots Thursday and she is still cranky from that. She won’t sleep during the day more than 5-10 minutes at a time. So, my hubby just called and said Jaden was still crying with a belly ache and Rylee won’t sleep. He says he is going crazy. What to do ladies? I mean I really can’t do anything…I feel so tied down here. I can’t leave work and my MIL spent the night in Pigeon Forge, TN on a little shopping trip. She should be home later. My mom is at home, but my dad has his leg amputated last October and she also has a foster daughter who is 21 months old, so she can’t leave home either. I mean I know he can handle it, he might just be bald and 300 pounds lighter when I get home

Advice at all? Consolations?? LOL!! I am seriously worried about my babies though

leavemealone: yeah I have already told him what to try. He won’t do it as good as me, but I know he will try.
No offense to the man-I just usually see mommies here. It’s a habit to say mommies.
Oh and I did forget to mention that I can’t call long distance from work. I live in VA but work in TN. As a cost saving initiative, they have issued a pin number to call long distance but only for business related calls. I can get fired for calling long distance if it isn’t business related-but I can be on Y!A all day and they don’t say anything…
Ok, Cammie, just because you are jealous because you are being left out of whatever it is you think you are being left out of-you have no right to say things like that about my hubby. He just has never had to stay home with the kids before. You need to definitely grow up…get a life.

Samantha asked: Okay so my mom is looking for a chinese shar-pei puppy and we can’t find one anywhere! She wants one with either a brush coat or bear coat, and the color black, blue, or brown. And she wants the price of the puppy to be less than $600. We currently live in Crestview, FL. In a week we’re going on a vacation to Pigeon Forge, TN. So she wants a puppy that is near one of those places. Does anyone have a puppy, or know where I can get a puppy that fits my moms picky qualifications?

Jennifer asked: I have a ways to go yet before I’m in college but I already know what college I want to go to. Nashville State Technical Community College. My sister says that community colleges are crappy, but I might afford this one. This college also offers the thing I need. Like, I don’t know what the names of all the “college lingo” is, but I want a career in either music or working with children. I want to live in Nashville(possibly) when I grow up. Or Pigeon Forge. (Dolly Parton has big boobs and a non-existent butt!!!) Anywho, my question is, I want to write a letter to the college to ask for more information. Should I write a business-letter or just a casual “Hi, how are you?” type of thing? And also, does my freshman year of college have to be spent in a dorm on campus or what? THANX

etoilenoire_23 asked: The best incense I ever bought was while on vacation in Pigeon Forge, TN from the Earthbound Trading Company.. I stocked up but now wish I had bought more, because I haven’t been able to find any nearly as good ever since! I’ve tried Spencer’s, hippie shops, Wal Mart (lol i kno.. i was asking to kill my nose, i guess) and nothing, NOTHING is even near as good..
Does anyone know where they get their incense, or what your favorite is (describe it plz)? EBT doesn’t sell online, but if I can figure out who they sell maybe I can find it again.. please help:D

shaneandchelsie asked: My family is going to Pigeon Forge this summer, and we are trying to find a nice place to stay. We want something on the main strip, and within walking distance to a lot of things to do. Or, if you know of a hotel that is near a Trolley stop, that would be fine too. We have stayed at Willow Brook Lodge several times in the past, and we love it there, but we are just looking for something different. Any help is appreciated! thanks!!
